How to Use Essential Oils for Just About Anything
Learning how to use essential oils has become a huge subject of study this year. The global pandemic brought us back to our roots of using natural and organic products and ingredients.

Essential oils have topped the list, with CBD and oil blends. Wanting to find a way to remain or get calm has been a big focus with learning how to use them.

Search after search has taken you down a path of learning how to make oil blends, body creams, salves, disinfectant sprays and more.

Essential Oils and Hand Sanitizers



The pandemic elevated the need for keeping your hands cleans. Therefore, hand sanitizers became a go to product for your home, office and cars. A lot of you took to making your own. Quite easy to do.

Hand Sanitizer

3 tablespoons aloe vera gel
1 tablespoon filtered water
8 drops of tea tree essential oil
1 teaspoon vitamin E oil.

Mix everything together in a small bowl. Then, transfer into a BPA-free plastic squeeze bottle and use when needed. This makes about 2 oz. It's great for your handbag, the office or an emergency kit in your car.

Using Essential Oils as a Study Aid



All schools, colleges and universities have taken most of their classes online. The stress and anxiety of the worlds current events has added more pressure to studying.

Essential oils have been known to help when studying. You can purchase ready-made blends from health food stores and online. Blends like Mentally Sharp, Mental Guide or Gray Matter. OR, you can make your own study aid blend.

2 drops vetiver essential oil
2 drops rosemary essential oil
2 drops cedarwood essential oil
2 drops peppermint essential oil (helps with energy) or 2 drops Roman chamomile for calm)
Fractionated coconut oil

Combine all the oils into a roll-on glass bottle. Add fractionated coconut oil. Apply to the back of your neck before studying. Keep it handy in case you need to pass it under your nose when you hit a rough spot with your studies.

Essential Oils for a Good Night's Sleep



It's a well-known fact that in order for your body to heal, sleep is vital. Essential oils have been known to help with getting a good night's sleep. Try making your own sleep blend.

2 drops of Roman chamomile essential oil
2 drops lavender essential oil
2 drops ylang ylang essential oil
Fractionated coconut oil.

In a roll-on bottle combine all the oils and top it off with fractionated coconut oil.
